This cutting-edge solution is designed to enhance the efficiency of workers and improve customer interactions within the distribution center and retail industries by enabling natural interactions with handheld devices through voice, images, and barcodes.
This AI-powered agent is envisioned as a digital assistant for today’s workforce, providing quick access to information and resources. With this new agent, workers can input data and receive practical answers to queries such as, “Do we have the gluten-free variant of this product in stock?” or “Where is this item located in the store?” Responses can be delivered in various forms, including images, videos, spoken answers, or text—allowing employees to complete tasks efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities, such as helping customers or performing multi-step workflows in distribution centers.
The Multi-Modal Intelligent Agent will be accessible through a software development kit (SDK), enabling easy integration with existing applications and systems used by businesses. This flexibility allows organizations to incorporate the AI solution into their current workflows seamlessly.
